- locked - I walked two miles today. It's pretty pathetic that in 2 years I've gone from running 5K to walking 2 miles being an accomplishment. One that is already causing ouchies, of course. I mean, I know this is because I got depressed and literally was having trouble moving, period, so did not exercise at all at one point. Well, except that I kept doing yoga at least twice a week. Until that started really trashing my hip, which is really part of the whole lower back, glute, piriformis, flexor, yadda yadda yadda thing. Which is what is the problem with the walking. I need to go see the chiropractor again and get adjusted to see if it helps at all. It usually does, but it takes a while and it's sore in the meantime. Oh, and the bed I have to sleep in is pretty bad news, too, but there's nothing I can do about that at present. It would help the back and hip a lot to have a better bed. So, anyway, I walked two miles today.
