Strange things amuse me: "It had acquired the matrix (M) gene from the 2009 H1N1 pandemic virus." And I thought that came out before it was trendy to go viral. Followed later by, "Investigations into the 12 cases have shown human infection following contact with swine, as well as limited human-to-human transmission." A phrase which I contend is redundant without contradictory information. Since it is obvious that some pigs fly, transmission is clearly related to commercial air transport. Then again, if limited humans are the only ones who transmit it, as long as they don't fly, we should be safe.
