Last weekend I was asked to make enough pumpkin pecan pancakes so that in addition to immediate eating and next day eating, there would be lots to freeze for a future time. Behold, roughly 5 dozen pumpkin pecan pancakes.
There was also bacon.
Freezing for shipping, right?
