I think one can safely say I am in 'hate all the things' mode, at present. I should definitely find some food I can keep down, though, or I will make myself feel worse. Challenge being there is a huge mental/emotional component that leaves the whole food thing in question, since apparently the stomach is the seat of emotion.
Yup. Find the protien bar you can handle. That's the best.

ReplyDeleteSooo I ended up eating Burmese food - mohinga and ginger salad. The ginger obs makes sense with a rocky tummy. I can't really explain the fish noodle soup. I mean, they eat it for breakfast so it's clearly got comfort food potential but that shouldn't make it work for me. Meanwhile, my stomach is perfectly happy. Go figure.
