Not that I'm advocating for this, but if people want to start closing borders and requiring specific documents from travelers or keep them out of the country; or regulate and enforce behavior within the country because it is for the good of the larger population - how about measles vaccines? There's a lot stronger case for that than all the other fear-mongering garbage.
