Cumin lamb, from that Chinese restaurant. It's supposed to be spicy, but it wasn't at all. In spite of the obvious chili oil and dried chilis. It was delicious, just not spicy.

One thing I forget, though, is that in many cultures they go for fatty meat and I actually don't prefer that. I don't mean about marbling, I mean it's clearly fatty. I just don't prefer the way that tastes or feels.

An oddity about this place is that there always seems to be one or two men shouting in the kitchen. The tone sounds angry or something, but nobody seems to notice or react. They aren't speaking English, so I can't make any guesses there, either.
