USCIS officials say the new mission statement reflects Cissna's focus on "fairness, lawfulness, efficiency, as well as protecting American workers and safeguarding the motherland fatherland homeland."
(I may have added the crossed out bits.) What the hell does USCIS have to do with protecting American workers, anyway?
