So, I guess this happened. The worst thing she said was "shite", which was obviously a deliberate non-usage of "shit", and apparently that didn't get bleeped, nor should it have been. Seriously, though, who the heck was on the bleep button? (Her brief and unedited speech is online, of course.)

It is unsurprising in this context that some people may look at a very poorly done job of censorship and consider it symbolic of the silencing of women in the industry. Ironic, but unsurprising.
