Ok. Investigated and maybe some punishment. Has it happened since? Did he change his behaviors?
ReplyDeleteObviously, the fact that he has succeeded and who knows what happened to her, was she blacklisted, etc, reveals something. But I'm afraid that not allowing any redemption is a bad road to go down.
Who said anything about redemption either way? Did I misread the article? I suppose I should have bolded it, but my problem is with the institutional culture described.
ReplyDeleteIt strongly suggests that the woman in question was paid off and lost her job. That's institutional and I have a real problem with that. Especially since they are only just now doing a culture assessment and instituting required training. The culture at best just doesn't care, at worst it is complicit.
