    The worst part is that it was the state that instigated this. Oh, wait, is there money we can get from someone rather than helping the mother with assistance? There is? He's a repeat, convicted, sexual preditor? Let's prove he's the dad and make him pay support! Oh, to compel support, he has to have some sort of custody? Sure! Why not?
