So who gets the Foreign Relations chair when he leaves?

So who gets the Foreign Relations chair when he leaves? Jim Risch? I think the few who outrank him already have at least one chair; Barrasso and Isakson have two. Johnson is junior on this committee and has a chair.

    If the Democrats suddenly become a majority in the Senate, then sure, but not if the GOP is still in the majority.
