Black raspberry bars (not blackberry).
Black raspberry bars (not blackberry). Found an adaptation of a lemon bars recipe, used a bunch of black raspberries I picked. Pureed, smooshed, and juiced them. You'd think I would have measured how much I got, but nope. Have 20+ ounces more of black raspberry juice frozen for future yumminess.
One of my favorite things about these, other than that they were delicious, is the cerise/magenta/fuschia color they come out.
