There's lots of pop songs about rain, but not all that many seem entirely on point at the moment. I mean, the Winnie the Pooh song is kinda of appropriate but it seems too cheerful, ditto for The Unicorn Song, so I skipped those.

"Who'll Stop the Rain"

"A Hard Rain's A-gonna Fall"

"Rainy Night in Georgia" (Except that it says Georgia, the lyrics seem apropos.)

Of course, there's always the classical stuff:

Chopin's "Raindrop" Prelude.

Debussy's "Estampes - Jardins sous la Pluie"

Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 "Pastorale", the 4th movement "Tempest, Storm"

Ok, here's the Disney Fantasia version (It starts with the 4th and keeps going into the 5th mov't. Cartoon, but definitely a storm.)

Saint Saëns' Oratorio "Le Déluge", which I don't really expect anybody to listen to, but it's the only oratorio I know of about Noah and the Flood. That's gotta count for something.
