Offs.

Offs.

Dr Kigwangalla's outspoken comments on Twitter follow the health ministry's move last week to suspend the activities of 40 drop-in HIV/Aids clinics, accusing non-governmental organisations of using them to promote gay sex.

Why, did they tell them to use condoms or something? They're clinics, not sex shops.

P.S. The rates of HIV infection are measurably higher in women than in men in Tanzania. This has been consistently so over time. Furthermore, the estimates of orphaned children due to AIDS (17 and under) is somewhere around 750,000 +/-.

But the important thing is to close the HIV clinics because GAY SEX.
