You know, I used to at least try and read something vaguely non-partisan and vetted.

You know, I used to at least try and read something vaguely non-partisan and vetted. I don't even know what to listen to anymore, partly because we're being put through a Lightning War (Blitzkrieg) of a different kind.

The Media (I feel like this should become like saying Frau Blücher with ominous sound effects attached) had years to see what was going on here and they still don't know what to do with themselves. Just like Europe and the world had years to see what was happening, and when reporters on the ground reported Nazi Germany was invading Poland, they were initially scoffed at.

All of which is to say that in addition to Stephen Bannon and Kellyanne Conway, this guy Stephen Miller whose name keeps popping up is sounding very much like the third member of an axis of evil behind the curtain. Goebbels, Goering, and Himmler, maybe? There were a lot of leading National Socialists, actually, but those names and their roles are at least generally known.

After I read the first article, the one I thought I was reading about our charming AG Jeff Sessions, I read down. Every one of the following articles is bothersome. And then there's the last one. Where Customs and Border Patrol refused to speak to a Senator with a copy of an order from a Federal Judge and they literally passed notes back and forth.

The fact that this administration knowingly issued an order that could have put the US Marshals and DOJ up against CPB and DHS is insane. It's also concerning that rather than incompetence, this is a deliberate strategy to sow confusion to allow them to centralize more control and power. Just like any other dictatorship.

The first article is deeply concerning; the last article is heart-breaking. And I'm pissed at what these people are doing to my country.
