The hard part about making white chicken chili - shredding the chicken. Don't know why, but that part bores me to tears and feels repetitive and tedious. Considering that I often roast my chiles, you'd think I'd mind that part more, but nope.

  1. I am also not a fan of shredding chicken, which I've done for a few things this year. I'd much rather cut in strips or chunks and say done, but I know that doesn't work for every dish.
