ReplyDeletePS - I didn't care for the level of detail in that article regarding the structure of the Bureau. I found a bit more detail here - http://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2016/10/court-rules-consumer-financial-protection-bureaus-structure-is-unconstitutional/503660/ though I still can't see how presidential appointment with congressional approval is a lack of oversight.
