This is insane. In. Sane. I looked it up because someone told me they knew a librarian who had to carry their own liability insurance. I didn't believe them. I was wrong.
How is this even a thing? They help you find info, or get it for you because you're too busy. They do not interpret the information, provide care, or make care decisions. I cannot even understand how this is a concept. I am be-boggled.
