My mom is mad at me because I do not wish to allow her to force some sort of birthday celebration on me that she wants for my birthday. What I want for my birthday does not include fake 1950/60's sentiment and trappings and at least 2 hours of my life dancing through someone else's uncomfortable hoops and spent making someone else happy. It's my gd birthday.
