If you can't see the link, let me know. My response to this is yeah, great. How many other people have suffered and continue to suffer all over the country because the culture of medicine is, in general, abusive and invested in not changing?

That, and the only reason anybody is bothering to pay attention is because this was one of their stars. If it had been some nobody that everyone thought was grumpy and had to work hard to be just good not great, none of this would be happening. I doubt it's going to cause a flood of resources to change how things are handled most other places in this country.
