Posting a poll was failing, so I'm just gonna go with a link and verbage. I like many kinds of fusion cuisine, it can be very creative. However, at some point, I just want my fried fish, or my chicken and waffles, or my Thai-style curry. Throwing a tortilla under them does not make them a taco. It's makes them things on a tortilla you are calling a taco.
