Yellowfoot mushrooms.
Yellowfoot mushrooms. They seem to be getting a lot more variety of mushrooms around here. Which is good for us hobbitses. These are not a chanterelle, but sort of look like and taste like them. They are more related to those black trumpet mushrooms I posted previously. Would eat again.
Oh, forgot to mention. Pain to clean, and suck up HYUUUUGE amounts of water. However, I did not cut these up and it might have been a bit easier if I had done that first. Also, you can kind of squeeze the water out of them and it doesn't seem to be a terribly big deal.
