4 lbs frozen spinach
2 pre minced containers of onion - so like two very large onions?
2 small bunches of scallions cut up
1 bag TJ frozen leeks
4-5 cloves garlic cut up
2 pkgs sheep feta, about 1.8 lbs.
about 9 sheets of phyllo? maybe 12?
olive oil
small bunch fresh dill cut up
nutmeg sprinkled on top of cheese layer

Cooked hour and 10 or 20 minutes at 375. Started uncovered for 20 min then covered then left uncovered for last 15. Mom says she does 400 about an hour or more, covered, then uncovers for 15-20 minutes to finish cooking.

Also, this should have included 6-8 eggs, but it was ok without them. Usually you use the eggs, though. At least, mom does.

Makes 12 large piece servings.
