Oh, yeah, it's a freakin' sheet of ice out there. I carefully waited until the rain turned to snow and the temp dropped below 30 before going out to salt the driveway. Notwithstanding there have been high wind warnings all day. So my back now hates me a little because in order to make sure some of the salt ever made it onto the driveway, I had to sprinkle it hunched down so it was only about an inch or two away from it when it came out of the jug I was using to spread it. Fun times.
