Ok, seriously?

Ok, seriously? Somebody near us has a yappy dog that is either the loudest doggone thing ever, or they leave it outside at night. I have frequently heard it barking in the evening, but it has been barking non-stop since 9pm. Take the d--- dog inside, already, people! It shouldn't be out, anyway.
