Ok, idiots who decided that it's fun to just randomly set off fireworks at 11pm. They are loud, you are idiots, and it is annoying. P.S. Also illegal. P.P.S. I doubt the penalties are sufficient to make them stop, since I'm pretty sure the police are over in that neighborhood regularly for full-on criminal activities and I know they get called when there's possible gun fire.
