Made oatmeal cookie bars.

Made oatmeal cookie bars. No boring old raisins, though. Made one that I've done before where you soak dried cranberries in a mix of water and orange oil overnight and use them instead of raisins. Then you drizzle dark chocolate over the tops of the cookie bars before cutting.

New experiment was using dried pineapple soaked in orange juice, coconut (not the sweetened stuff), and toasted macadamias. Also drizzled with dark chocolate. Would definitely do again, but clearly need a lot more pineapple, because you couldn't taste it. So these were coconut macadamia oatmeal bars with secret pineapple.
