Aren't they pretty common every year?
ReplyDeleteI want to see more Charlotte spirals. I think I saw Zagitova do about one second of one.
I first read that as Bellman, and was seriously confused. (Kids here have been doing Bellman jokes since forever, and the songs are still sung regularly all over the place here.)
ReplyDeleteThere's less of the time-consuming spirals in shorts because they are not a required element anymore. There are also fewer in the long programs because of the point values for doing more jumps and so forth. It's a little sad, because the various spirals can be so beautiful.
