    Well that's wrong. Why bother wasting the time to go through the ridiculous process of getting a visa if it's worthless? The levels of stupidity are numerous, not to mention the huge waste of taxpayer dollars. Legal, illegal, if nobody cares, why do we bother having the charade at all?
