I will have to experiment with doughs and flours, and, yes, I got some holes in it when stretching the dough, but it was thin enough to read through, which turns out not to be the hard part. Getting it stretched evenly thin all over is the hard part. This is presumably why the optimal situation is a table you can walk all the way around. Rolling with sheets - just make sure you roll evenly along the whole length. Not hard, though.
If I get good at this, I could make it at a social sometime.
