From scratch raspberry lemon cupcakes I made for my mom's birthday, which is today. Italian meringue buttercream, flavored with powdered freeze dried raspberries (except for the edges), filled with homemade lemon curd. The macaroons were just using up egg whites, along with from a coconut meat, dipped in 70% Scharffen Berger (could not find Valrhona, boo hoo).
