  1. It's an Ottolenghi recipe, although I got it second hand and do not own the actual cookbook. I think it is from Jerusalem, though?

  3. Nope. It's tahini, butter, sugar, flour, vanilla, and a little bit of cream. He's got several and they are all really awesome. In fact, there were some cookie recipes from his new all dessert cookbook that looked really interesting.
