Doctor called dad today to see how he was doing, and he's going to talk to him again tomorrow. This is the baseline for the care my dad usually gets, which is setting a pretty high bar, but contrasting even more with the weirdness on Friday. Well, the doctor just did something poor for the first time, and let me tell you, my response if I were the patient (and capable of speech) would not be polite. I know this because my mom called and asked me to confirm something. This is one time I would not really feel like holding my mom back if she was in a mood to go off on someone.
