Fresh raspberry tart with red, purple, and black raspberries. There is a layer of pastry cream underneath the berries and the crust is made from almonds, rather than crumbs. Despite draining, the berries got a little juicy, but that's ok. P.S. It's been a long time since I lived somewhere with black raspberries. I completely forgot how life-threatening they are to pick. That's ok, though, the dark purple juice hides the blood stains. #gallowshumor
