Dinner: Baked cod with sumac, za'atar, and "persevered" lemons in a bit of olive oil, baked cauliflower in a tahini, olive oil, ras el hanout coating, with a tahini, lemon juice, ras el hanout drizzle. Would eat again.

  3. That's the tahini and spices - they are suggesting ideas to me now that I've done it once because it worked so well.
