Dinner: Baked cod with sumac, za'atar, and "persevered" lemons in a bit of olive oil, baked cauliflower in a tahini, olive oil, ras el hanout coating, with a tahini, lemon juice, ras el hanout drizzle. Would eat again.

ReplyDeleteI agree, roasting veg is the way to go. And you got such good color on the cauliflower!
ReplyDeleteThat's the tahini and spices - they are suggesting ideas to me now that I've done it once because it worked so well.
