This makes it official, right? The GOP, Tea Party, Freedom Caucus, and Conservatives in general are no longer the "party of fiscal responsibility" but the party of tax cuts and spend?

Granted it's Congress that's supposed to handle the money, but since the GOP has clearly decided this guy is, indeed, their leader they may be presumed to be a-ok with his every move until proven otherwise.
