Oh, dear.

Oh, dear. I mean, otter. This is awkward. They have definitely had beaver problems along False Creek off and on, and the sea otters are pests to the fishing boats there and elsewhere, but this is a first. For a city, Vancouver is not so separated from nature. It's a beautiful classical Chinese garden, btw, in the old Chinatown area.
