My mom had been making a lot of noise about being the one who would take my dad to the polls to vote because turf war (in her imagination) so I didn't take him when I went early.
Turns out, my dad insisted that he would drive himself and he did! Walked up and down the stairs of our not handicapped accessible polling place (I am pretty sure this is not legal, but whatever), filled out his own ballot, etc.
So there.
