Cleaning up thxgvg photos. When I make thick whipped cream, I make thick whipped cream. It laughs in the face of gravity.

  2. I strain it overnight in the refrigerator after I whip it. Removes excess water that would break it down without risking butter :)
    Edit: Not to mention the effect of chilling it.
