It seems this may no longer be a slam dunk for Kavanaugh himself, depending on his testimony, but doubtless McConnell, et al have someone else lined up to rush through even if they ditch Kavanaugh.
Meanwhile, it seems like a few people are considering caring for a hot minute about what happens to girls and women all the time, at all ages. (Gee, gosh, golly, we had no idea. Ugh.)
Not gonna get excited, though, because Lindsay Graham is still standing up for Kavanaugh. And Rick Santorum is trying to make some argument about convicting someone without evidence and all that. Except this isn't a criminal trial, even if it's a legal proceeding.
I probably shouldn't have listened even to the bit I did.
