Um, so it sounds pretty much like there are certainly some parts of the Muslim immigrant community in France who've decided that the story that Jews have it better and it (whatever it is) is the fault of the Jews is a better story than just fighting general discrimination in France. Not to mention the idea that being religiously or culturally Jewish makes anyone, anywhere a legitimate scapegoat for objections to Israel's policies or existence.
Which makes it anti-semitism whether they like the term or not. And if this is a narrative that is acceptable and not brought out publicly within the French Muslim community and debunked and made unacceptable within the community, then that reinforces it. The fact that it is possibly a minority within the community doesn't mitigate the fact that it is clearly having a broad effect. Pretending it's not you and ignoring it is not going to fix any part of this.
