Under these rules, every American POW forced to perform slave labor in WWII would have been told they couldn't come back to the US. Every person who survived being sent to a concentration camp would have been denied entry to the US. Every woman kidnapped and raped as a "comfort woman" would be ineligible to come to the US. Not to mention every German POW who was allowed to stay in the US after WWII should have been kicked out per these rules.

What the hell is wrong with people?
