This is ridiculous.

This is ridiculous. Surely border agents have discretion and could have dealt with this without being so outrageous. And as I recall, no, there are no obvious signs on that beach, but I've only ever been through there once. Plus, especially if it's such a big area for illegal crossings (inferring), you'd think they'd not only have signs, but a fence. Come on, guys.
