It's mind-boggling to me that this is where we are after having a vaccine in the 1990s.
It's mind-boggling to me that this is where we are after having a vaccine in the 1990s. There is absolutely no reason why we should not have a fuller and better understanding of this disease and better ways to treat and prevent it. And now we have many more tick species spreading, and many more tick borne diseases spreading. I wonder when we'll decide that this is a public health concern worthy of the attention given to Ebola, West Nile, and Zika.
