This is extremely rare. It's fortunate they've identified these clusters. I hope they can figure out why they are happening because this is very odd, at least, based on current science it is.

    I'm so sorry, I did not even look it up on a map. I'm sure I don't have to say this but I'd ask your family doctor or eye doctor if they have any specific info and guidance locally on eye exams and stuff.
