    Even in Canada, apparently not meeting your stated target for speedy and just resolution doesn’t result in an automatic granting of the claim. You would think that’d be fair - if you can’t be bothered to deny a claim in the time given to you by the law, than clearly there can’t be very much obviously wrong with it, so that seems like the time to just give up.
