SFINGE!
SFINGE! This pic is from this awesome local (and long-standing) Italian bakery. I ate mine too fast to take a picture. They make huge ones, light, airy, crispy on the outside. While they do make the regular ones with the powdered sugar on top, kind of like a crispier beignet, they make these for St. Joseph's Day. Full of, well technically covered in, ricotta filling with chocolate chips with candied citrus peel. The jimmies are like bonus fun topping.
