    Definitely vindictive.

    He doesn't lose his entire pension though. He loses the ability to access it on Monday after he turns 50. And as some have said, his book advance (if he decides to write one) will likely cover the difference. Also, being fired, he can speak much more openly, as he has already demonstrated.
