Meanwhile, the squirmy octopus thing would be a real problem for me. Because squirmy. I've eaten octopus a number of times and prepared different ways. But it has been definitively not squirmy. Also, this is why there should never be auto playing gifs or video. Wtf, NYT? * shudder *

It's unclear from this if by blowfish he means the pufferfish otherwise known as fugu. I'd certainly be asking for clarification on that one. I'd be all over the crab, though, and the soups, noodles, rice cakes, etc, and if it was a place people knew and could vouch for, what's wrong with raw beef?
